Live Arrival Terms
• MAD4RADS® will guarantee live arrival on all tortoise(s) sold
• MAD4RADS® will guarantee that any tortoise(s) we sell, will be healthy at the time of sale.
• Preferred method of shipping will be FEDEX Priority Overnight. No home or business delivery will be offered. All shipments of tortoise(s) will require pick up at the closest FEDEX location to desired address. Shipping via Delta airlines is offered for an additional fee by the purchaser.
• No refunds will be issued unless tortoise(s) arrive D.O.A. Proof of death will be required.
• All tortoise(s) will be considered un-sexed unless prior surgical sexing has been performed.
• No reimbursement for veterinary care will be provided.
• All sales are final.
• We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual.
• All tortoise(s) sold under 4” are not to be sold as pets. Educational and scientific purposes only.
• All tortoise(s) sold are captive bred specimens. No wild caught specimens are sold.
• Images of tortoise(s) can vary. Shell pattern can change from the time pictures are taken up till the time the tortoise(s) arrive to the buyer.
• Method of payment: Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Postal Money Order, Personal Check will be accepted. Shipment of tortoise(s) will take place after any check clears our bank. PayPal payment must be arranged in advance. We will not accept PayPal on all transactions.
